Include comment text in Bodhi notifications #80

Right now both Bodhi and FMN send notifications for Bodhi updates. The difference is that the Bodhi update includes the actual comment text, such as:

username - 2015-03-27 06:40:44 (karma: -1)
breaks all of gnome

FMN notifications don't include the comment text and I have to go to the Bodhi web page for each notification to see why negative karma was filed.

In order to make this happen, we'll need to add a long_form(msg, ...) implementation to the BodhiProcessor in the fedmsg_meta_fedora_infrastructure module

This will be easy. If anyone wants to take on implementing this, just grep around in that module for other references to long_form for examples.
