Right now both Bodhi and FMN send notifications for Bodhi updates. The difference is that the Bodhi update includes the actual comment text, such as:
username - 2015-03-27 06:40:44 (karma: -1)
breaks all of gnome
FMN notifications don't include the comment text and I have to go to the Bodhi web page for each notification to see why negative karma was filed.
