Right now we output the whole diff every time, but as @robert-scheck brought up in fedora-infra/fmn#55, it would be nice to only send the diff if the commit doesn't already exist in another branch and instead just list the commit message, like this: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/scm-commits/Week-of-Mon-20150216/1511065.html
