Getting 500 error from package requirements calls for rubygem packages #5

Steps to reproduce:

Visit https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/rubygem-sinatra/relationships
Select something other than Rawhide from the select box
Notice that there's an error on the page ("Error loading the data for this page element"). Also, in a javascript console, you can see there was a 500 error.

The pkgwat gem uses this call to get package requirements as well.
