This commit adds support for the 'closest' action in update_date_rec_meeting
allowing it to return the meeting in a recursion closest to the date
specified
…cursion

Or if there was no recursion before (ie: we are adding one)
To check if the end_date of the recursion was set, we need to say that
we're updating the whole recursion (which is default)
All our full-day meetings are stored in UTC, so if the user check the
`full-day` checkbox, let's deactivate the time-zone drop-box to avoid
false hope
