We have a neat new thing to give "karma cookies". By design, this is limited to once per user. But, really, I want to ++ people even if I've thanked them before, because that's a normal IRC convention not limited to this purpose. But, if I do so, I get something like

which is annoying. I think really this should be reversed -- the first time karma is given, it should say something like
