I recently retired rubygem-openstack-compute. However, although the package status for Fedora devel says "Retired" and POC for devel is oprhan, there are still listed committers and package administrators for devel. The rights should be removed when orphaned. I should not be able to manage admins, committers etc (may be I am not able, but I can open the approve acls page, don't want to apply changes and break something :).
