What the badge should be granted for: being here at scale
Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"): "Southern California in February... life is hard." I expect there should be palm trees.

Yeah, totally going on right now. I didn't think of it until now and apparently no one else did either. If magic out-churning happens, cool, but if it can't fit in, oh well, next time.
