What the badge should be granted for: Contributions to the project via personal blogs ie; guides and help articles etc. Badge description (like "Planet Blogger Of The Month?"): Anything else we need to know: Not sure how we could implement this but I think it would be good to give appreciation to people who post their blog articles via the planet. There are some good helpful articles on there.

Yeah, although "Captain Planet" is a good name, without a more precisely defined concept I'm afraid there's not much we can do with this. As gnokii pointed out, there are also lots of other blogging badges.
