This is mostly a note for myself to look into this, but with deprecating HRF, we'll need meta info sent to GCM directly (and strip any information we don't use, like certificate - I don't remember what all gets sent right now).

Right now we query HRF from Mobile to convert GCM messages into a human readable format. We'll probably have to do that transformation in fmn.consumer, to deprecate HRF. Since fmn.consumer already depends on meta, this should be an easyfix if someone gets to it before me.

Is this something we're interested in continuing work on? Should it be moved to https://github.com/fedora-infra/fmn/issues?
